In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients, providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction across a range of innovative technology products and services.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical and customer support to French-speaking clients
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the firm’s products and services
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical and customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in technical customer support or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
