Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a French-Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Home Appliances Department located in beautiful Greece! In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries about home appliances and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in French via phone, email, and chat related to home appliances
• Provide detailed information about products, troubleshooting, and usage
• Document customer interactions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries effectively
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve services
• Stay updated on product knowledge and trends in the home appliance sector
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in customer support

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the home appliances or retail sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-centric attitude and a passion for helping others
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in Greece and adapt to a multicultural team environment
