Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a French-Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Food Delivery Service Department in Greece! In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to our food delivery services. Your ability to communicate in French will play a key role in enhancing our clients' experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in French via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to food delivery orders and services
- Provide detailed information about delivery processes, menu items, and promotions
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our support system
- Collaborate with the logistics team to address any delivery issues
- Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve our services
- Participate in training to stay informed about products, services, and best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the food or service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others
- Ability to multitask and manage inquiries efficiently in a busy environment
- Familiarity with food delivery services and technology is a plus
