We're looking for a French Speaking Customer Support Analyst to join our growing international team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting customers, collaborating with colleagues across multiple countries, and helping ensure that our service processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Manage incoming requests from customers and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and service platforms
• Prepare and follow up on quotations using internal tools and ensure timely communication with customers
• Support Retrofit order administration, including invoicing activities and purchase order management
• Monitor outstanding payments and support overdue follow-up processes
• Create and maintain customer and supplier accounts in internal systems
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and other business applications
• Prepare and update tracking reports related to quotations, invoicing, and external purchases
• Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, service teams, and other internal departments
• Support process standardization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Mother tongue (C2) French language skills
• Confident English communication skills
• Previous experience in a corporate environment, preferably in service support, logistics, supply chain, project coordination, or operations
• Experience working with SAP is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fast learner with a proactive and independent mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment
