Job Description

Mercier Consultancy is delighted to offer a position for a French-Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Online Retail Department, located in Greece. In this dynamic role, you will provide outstanding support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our wide range of retail products offered online.

Your fluency in French will be essential as you handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our clientele. By delivering exceptional service, you will contribute to building long-lasting customer relationships and enhancing their online shopping journey.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding online retail inquiries
  • Assist customers with product information, order placements, and returns
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality
  • Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and online retail trends

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a dedication to client satisfaction
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in online retail or e-commerce, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
  • Passion for online shopping and helping customers find the right products
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
