Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dynamic French-Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. In this key role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries about our wide range of fitness and sports equipment.

Your fluency in French will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, addressing their product questions, helping with order placements, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. You will play a vital role in fostering customer loyalty and promoting a healthy lifestyle through stellar service.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in French via phone, email, and chat for fitness and sports equipment inquiries
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and resolving issues
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Gather feedback from customers to continually improve our service and product offerings
• Stay updated on fitness trends and new product launches to enhance customer engagement

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and a passion for fitness and sports
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in retail or fitness, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining a positive attitude
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in fitness and helping customers achieve their athletic goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
