Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Consumer Electronics Brand. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to a wide range of innovative consumer electronics.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in French via phone, email, and chat for consumer electronics inquiries
- Assist customers with product specifications, compatibility issues, and usage instructions
- Effectively resolve customer concerns and technical issues in a professional manner
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure timely resolution of complex inquiries
- Gather feedback from customers to drive improvements in our products and service
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in consumer electronics
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for technology
- Experience in customer service, particularly in electronics or retail, is preferred
- Able to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine interest in consumer electronics and helping customers with their needs
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
