In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a satisfying overall experience. Your fluency in French will be integral to facilitating effective communication and fostering positive relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist French-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
- Provide information and support on our products and services
- Document all customer interactions diligently in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Guide clients on how to optimize their experience with our offerings
- Gather customer feedback for service enhancement
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-centric mindset
