Responsibilities

• Handle incomingcustomer contactsincluding but not limited to phone and email (non-sales task)
• Use resources to answer questionsand resolve concernspromptly and courteously in verbal or written form
• Follow-upon customerservice issues
• Capturecustomer feedback
• Prepareand inform Wellness Advocatesabout promotions and products
• Adhere to scheduleand meet department performance standards

Requirements

• ENGLISH knowledgeon a fluent level
• French knowledgeon a native levelis REQUIRED
• Available shifts: part-time 15:00 - 20:00
• There is no rotationof shifts!
• Excellent communication skills, empathic, "problem-solver" attitude
• Strong typing and computer skills (MS Office)
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work under pressure, including during peak season
• Ability to follow instructions, policies, and procedures
• Works well with people, proactive attitude, passionate about providing a great customer service
• Previous customer service experience, preferred
• Desire to move up and grow with the company, preferred
