🌍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Chat with clients via phone, email, and more to follow up on payments — always in a clear, friendly, and professional way
• Keep an eye on customer accounts and help us stay up to date on invoices and balances
• Evaluate credit risk and help define smart payment terms that work for everyone
• Work closely with finance and sales teams to solve billing issues and keep the process smooth
• Handle financial data with care and confidentiality
• Support internal reporting and take part in team reviews

💡 What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience in Credit & Collections (ideally in a multinational company or Shared Service Center)
• Fluent in French AND English (both written and spoken) — communication is your superpower!
• A natural problem-solver who enjoys tackling challenges
• Great multitasking skills — you stay organized, even when things get busy
• SAP experience is a plus
• A team player who loves learning, improving, and bringing positive energy to the team
