Mercier Consultancy is recruiting a French-Speaking B2B Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation. In this role, you will work closely with French-speaking business clients to understand their unique challenges and deliver tailored B2B solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and business growth.

Responsibilities
- Engage with French-speaking B2B clients to analyze their needs and challenges
- Develop and present customized business solutions addressing client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and integration
- Provide training and ongoing support to clients on implemented solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and project progress
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to support retention and growth
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Experience in B2B solutions consulting or related roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation costs covered
