Mercier Consultancy is looking for a French-speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Fitbit Customer Support Specialist, you will assist French-speaking customers in resolving their product inquiries and technical issues, ensuring a seamless and satisfying service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to French-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions
• Guide customers through Fitbit product features and usage
• Record and document customer interactions accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and empathetic attitude

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service preferred
• Interest in fitness and technology is an advantage
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
• Familiarity with customer support software is a plus
