• Communicate with customers and clients via phone, email, Skype and chat

• Upselling and cross-selling techniques

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English and French
• Stress-resilience, flexible approach to people
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Experience in Customer Service or Sales will be valued!
