Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our client's Online Marketplace team in Athens. This position includes a fully paid relocation package to support your move.
In this role, you will provide exceptional support to French-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to online marketplace transactions, product listings, and order issues. Your role is critical in maintaining high customer satisfaction and fostering trust within the marketplace community.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service in French regarding online marketplace inquiries
- Assist customers with order placements, product information, and resolving disputes
- Efficiently handle returns, refunds, and complaint resolution
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift issue resolution and enhance customer experience
- Gather and relay customer feedback for continuous platform improvement
- Stay informed about marketplace policies, updates, and industry trends
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or online marketplaces
- Willingness to relocate to Athens with fully paid relocation support
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
