This position comes with a fully paid relocation package, providing a seamless transition to live and work in the vibrant city of Athens.
In this role, you will be a key point of contact for French-speaking customers, delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries related to digital banking products and services. Your expertise will contribute to the bank's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in French for digital banking customers
- Assist clients with inquiries related to accounts, transactions, digital products, and security concerns
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive banking experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth resolution of complex cases
- Stay informed about digital banking trends, products, and regulatory requirements
- Support continuous service improvement through customer feedback and insights
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving
- Experience in banking, finance, or digital services customer support is preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, technology-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to relocate to Athens; fully paid relocation assistance provided
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital banking platforms is a plus
