Position: French Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled French Customer Service Representative to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in French and English, as well as a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work in shifts and weekends if required
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
