Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Team Lead in carrying out operations for Inbound and outbound shipments
  • Shipping document preparation for Supplier Management and shipping requirements to US and other part of the world.
  • To plan, organize and communicate to carry out daily tasks.
  • Enhance Customer/Vendor relationships and meet organizational goals.
  • To carry out daily administrative work and liaise with others department
  • To report any irregularities to Team Lead from time to time.
  • To perform any other duties as directed by Team Lead from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Ocean freight operations
  • Excellent customer service experience and interpersonal skill care required
  • Good command of written and spoken in English & local language and possesses a pleasant and courteous personality.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to multi-tasks
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and highly motivated.
