About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead the design, testing, and implementation of a SaaS cloud-based Freight Management System (FMS) that will transform how we manage freight across our national network. We require an experienced Project Manager to lead this implementation inorder to streamline freight operations and improve visibility across our national network. This system will simplify consignment creation into a single platform integrated with multiple carriers.

What you’ll do

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of a SaaS-based FMS implementation project to national sites
  • Collaborate and work closely with vendors, transport suppliers/carriers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration on time, within budget, and aligned with business needs
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities
  • Design and implement reporting dashboards for operational and strategic insights that drive smarter decisions
  • Ensure compliance with project governance and risk management frameworks

A critical part of this role will be designing a simplified user journey for a national workforce and ensuring adoption through effective change management.

  • Proven experience delivering SaaS or technology implementation projects, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or transport
  • Strong project management expertise with a track record of delivering complex national projects on time and within budget
  • Experience in vendor management and stakeholder engagement across diverse teams
  • Familiarity with order management systems or freight platforms
  • Ability to lead UAT, manage change, and conduct impact assessments (process, technology, people, infrastructure)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to navigate competing priorities
  • Experience working in regulated environments is desirable but not essential

This is a 12-month fixed-term full-time opportunity with a hybrid work model rotating between WFH and one of our processing centres in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth.
