Your Key Responsibilities

• Providing support to Logistics Teams in their daily activities
• Verifying if freight invoices are issued in accordance with transport specifications, applicable incoterms and contractual agreements for export and import shipments
• Opening disputes once the billed costs are not equal to the calculated costs
• Allocating costs in accordance with applicable guidelines
• Cooperating with logistics service providers

Your Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree
• Fluency in both English and Polish, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in MS Excel - experience with VBA, data manipulation, database management, and advanced statistical and analytical techniques is advantageous
• Responsibility and accuracy
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team 
• Strong organizational and planning skills
