The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and establishing company as a preferred choice in the freight forwarding industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their logistics needs.

2. Sales Strategy:

   • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
   • Collaborate with the management team to align sales objectives with the overall business goals.

3. Client Management:

   • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
   • Address client queries and concerns promptly, providing effective solutions.

4. Market Research:

   • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
   • Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.

5. Proposal and Contract Negotiation:

   • Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of company.
   • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable and mutually beneficial contracts.

6. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with internal teams such as operations, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
   • Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in freight forwarding sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the logistics and shipping industry, including knowledge of customs regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Bachelors degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
