Freight Forwarder

Heathrow

Monday to Friday

Main Purpose of the role

DSV is recruiting for a Freight forwarding specialist to provide an efficient and proactive service to all key account customer, overseas and related service providers. You will be dealing with all aspects of export operation as well as managing customer expectations and continuous improvements .

What will you be doing?

• Receive bookings from our customer and process bookings in line with KPI requirements and meeting customers' expectations
• Communicate with internal/external customers to ensure they are kept up to date in all stages and build relationships by providing excellent service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create value-added service offerings for strategic accounts.

About You

• Be a brillant Communicator
• Data Entry Skills
• Have a good understanding of operational requirements relating to AIR Export Bookings.
• Good Customer Service skills
• Excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and manage high workloads in challenging situations and meeting deadlines
