Main Purpose of the role:

Manage and handle clients international freight bookings. Handle all admin functions related to that

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communication to clients : In person / telephonically / emails / teams
• Manage and own their desk
• Booking Shipments for clients
• Deaing with Origin Offices / Carriers / Procurement
• Managing IC billings
• Ability to read and understand Freight Rates
• Understanding Client Rate Cards
• FMC Filing
• Incoterms – extremely important

Job-related Requirements:

4 years experience in freight forwarding

High Interpersonal skills

Good Positive Energy

Drivers License is essential
