We are looking for a Freight Broker (Carrier Sales Representative) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing carrier capacity, negotiating rates, and ensuring efficient freight movement across North America.

You will play a critical role in the execution of shipments by sourcing carriers, negotiating competitive rates, and matching capacity to demand in real time. Acting as a key link between carriers and internal teams, you will help solve day-to-day transportation challenges and ensure freight moves efficiently and on schedule.
