You’ll work four shifts in every seven-day period. Your shifts will be spread across the full week and will include weekends as part of your roster.

Day Shift - 06:00 to 15:00 - 4 days per week as per roster

Night Shift - 18:00 to 06:00 - 4 nights per week as per roster

You’ll pick and pack frozen products into shopping totes with care and accuracy, helping to ensure customer orders are prepared correctly and on time.

  • Night-shift premium between midnight and 06:00: an additional £2.67 per hour
  • Overtime paid at 1.25x the basic rate

You can also increase your earnings through our performance-based incentive scheme, where higher performers can receive additional hourly premiums.

Benefits

Alongside a safe and supportive working environment, you’ll have access to a range of benefits, including:

  • Enhanced digital GP service for you and your dependants
  • Access to up to 50% of earned pay before payday for four-weekly paid colleagues
