About our Ecommerce Management Team

We help our clients expand their business and geographic scope with guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail, optimizing conversion on all major platforms. Our Advertising team is currently looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Manager Amazon – Freelancer – Japanese Speaking (f/m/d) to support our clients to grow their online business.

How would you spend your time if you join us?

  • You take full ownership of Amazon marketing activities (Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMG) for assigned client accounts
  • You plan, launch, optimize, and continuously scale Sponsored Ads campaigns based on performance targets
  • You develop impactful campaign strategies aligned with client objectives in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • You monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and provide insights-driven recommendations
  • You report campaign outcomes to clients and suggest optimization opportunities proactively
  • You contribute to refining workflows, processes, tools, and documentation to enhance campaign quality and efficiency
  • You may take on extended strategic responsibilities in long-term or expanded project setups

Requirements

Who Are You?

  • You are a self-motivated person, eager to learn and to expand your own know-how daily
  • You have at least 1-3 years of professional experience and expertise in online and performance marketing
  • You have strong knowledge and experience in Amazon Marketing Services (Advertising Console), preferably including DSP, AMG, and practical expertise in Amazon SEO
  • You have very good Excel skills and for instance PivotTables are not new to you
  • You are highly analytical and possess a good technical understanding as well as quality and solution orientation
  • You possess strong communication skills with customers and the ability to convey complex concepts in an easily understandable manner
  • You show self-initiative and are able to prioritize tasks independently
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Japanese, and you are fluent in English
