GuestReady is a leading short-term rental and hospitality services management company, operating in the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and the UAE. Since our founding in 2016, our mission has been to revolutionize the short-term rental industry through innovative technology and a strong commitment to exceptional hospitality.

We are looking for a Freelance Meet & Greeter to support our operations team in Madeira. This role involves welcoming guests to our properties and ensuring they have a smooth check-in experience, while also assisting with various on-ground operational tasks.

What You'll do:

• 🚪 Welcome and check guests into our properties

• 🔑 Handle key pickups and deliveries

• ✅ Perform property quality checks

• 🤝 Coordinate with service providers

• 📦 Deliver items to properties when needed

• 🛠️ Explain the use of appliances and heating systems

• 🔧 Troubleshoot minor issues with appliances, heating, or hot water

What we are looking for:

• 🌐 Fluency in English & Portuguese

• 😃 Friendly, presentable, and ideally experienced in hospitality or customer service

• 🚗 Willingness to travel across Madeira (own transportation required; car/motorbike is a plus)

• 🔍 Strong attention to detail and focus on quality

• 💻 Comfortable using digital tools (Slack and internal systems – training provided)

• ⏰ Flexible availability, as check-ins take place between 11 AM and midnight, any day of the week

Additional Information:

• This role is ideal for freelancers or university students seeking flexible, additional income.

• Candidates must be registered as self-employed/auto-entrepreneurs and able to issue monthly invoices for their services.
