We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Freelance Spa Therapist who will provide first-class treatments & exemplary customer care to our guests during their visits. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and wellness, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to every client. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of beauty treatments such as Medispa and Laser. Experience in multiple services is preferable.

Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and preferences.
Provide personalised beauty services that meet the client's needs and expectations.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, following health and safety guidelines.
Recommend and sell beauty products and treatments to clients.
Stay updated on beauty trends and techniques through training and professional development.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing payments.
Required skills and experience:
Hold relevant Health & Beauty qualification – minimum of level 3/4.
Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism in order to provide a first-class and consistent service to your clients.
Act as an ambassador for TGB SPA, displaying a great sense of style and integrity.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and creativity.
Possess demonstrable knowledge of relevant trends in the Health and Beauty industry.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Brighton based and surrounding areas.
Preferred skills and experience:
Ability to use Laser machines, such as hydrafacial.
Ability to do Lash extensions.
