Job Description

YOUR MISSION

  • Oversee and ensure the quality of all client-related sales activities across the customer lifecycle

  • Support Sales Representatives during strategic customer interactions (discovery calls, pitches, negotiations)

  • Co-develop and continuously refine sales strategies to achieve new customer acquisition goals

  • Analyse sales activities and prepare performance updates to support data-driven decision-making

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

  • Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales for mid-sized and large accounts, ideally in HR Tech

  • Strong expertise in consultative sales methods, negotiation techniques, and CRM tools such as HubSpot

  • Ability to guide and influence colleagues without direct leadership responsibilities

  • Analytical and structured mindset with a test-and-learn approach to process optimization

  • German language proficiency at a native/C2 level
