
Two positions are available for an experienced Works Manager within a large offshore installation scope focused on trenching and cable-lay barge operations.
As a Works Manager, you are responsible for the operational execution of the offshore works on site. You work closely with site superintendents and project engineers and report directly to the project manager. Your focus is on the overall coordination of the works, while superintendents handle day-to-day issues.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
A valid offshore medical certificate is required.
A valid Chester Step certificate is required.
A valid BOSIET certification, or an equivalent offshore safety certification such as STCW or FOET, is required.
📌 Fluent in Dutch is preferred and a very strong asset
Fluent proficiency in English is required (written and spoken). Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Rotation schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off.
Offshore in Dutch waters.
You will stay on a hotel vessel. Each day includes a CTV transfer to the installation barge and back to the hotel vessel, outside the 12-hour shift.
