Define and implement policies, roles, and responsibilities within the data governance framework.
Support cross-functional teams in integrating governance principles into day-to-day operations.
Assist clients in digital transformation efforts by ensuring data systems are clean, reliable, and compliant.
Strengthen clients’ data management frameworks to support sustainable digital transformation.
Collaborate with Data Governance Managers and Chief Data Officers to ensure consistent governance practices.
Enable businesses to achieve operational excellence through clean, healthy data systems.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Science, Data Law, or Social Sciences.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in data governance or related fields.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.
Knowledge of data quality, governance frameworks, and compliance principles.
Fluency in Dutch or French, and English is required.
