IC Recruiting is expanding our network of freelance recruiters across Bulgaria If you have experience and want flexible extra earnings, this is a simple and effective way to do it.
You will source, screen, and manage candidates for roles in IT, Finance, Hospitality, and Manufacturing. This is a remote, commission-based role. You control your workload. You decide when and how much you work.
Your tasks include:
Sourcing and screening candidates
Using LinkedIn, job boards, and online tools
Coordinating interviews and collecting feedback
Communicating clearly with candidates
Building a steady pipeline for ongoing roles
Understanding each client’s needs and company culture
We are looking for people who already know how to recruit.
You must have:
Minimum 6 months recruitment experience
Experience in IT, Finance, Sales, Hospitality, or Manufacturing
Strong English skills
Confident use of LinkedIn and sourcing tools
Good communication skills
Ability to manage your own time
Nice to have:
Boolean search skills
Sales or account management experience
Commission-based earnings with no limits
Remote work from anywhere in Bulgaria
