NTMY, a design subscription brand under Nice People Club (NPC), is looking for a talented Freelance Motion Designer to join our team. As a Motion Designer, you will create dynamic motion graphics and animated content that elevates our clients' marketing efforts, including social media content, video ads, and explainer videos

In this role, you’ll work on various client projects, bringing brands to life through engaging animations that align with their unique identities. You’ll collaborate closely with our design team and clients to deliver top-tier motion content that meets their business goals.

Responsibilities

• Create custom motion graphics for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, ensuring that all animations are on-brand and visually engaging.

• Produce animations for explainer videos, promotional content, and social media stories that enhance client marketing efforts and improve engagement.

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and creative leads to integrate motion graphics with static design elements, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling.

• Work independently and manage multiple projects, delivering high-quality animations that meet deadlines and client expectations.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in motion design, animation software, and video production tools, incorporating innovative techniques into your work.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in 2D animation, motion graphics, and video editing

• Proficient in motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator Knowledge of Figma and Capcut is a plus.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and how to use motion to communicate messages effectively.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working remotely while maintaining strong time management skills and meeting tight deadlines.

• Creative thinker who stays up-to-date with motion design trends and integrates fresh, innovative ideas into your work.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of interpreting briefs and incorporating client feedback effectively.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with 3D animation or software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.

• Familiarity with designing for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and understanding of video formats and specifications for different channels.
