Since 2016, we’ve been redefining short-term rentals — and now we’re looking for a motivated Freelance Meet & Greeter to support our Porto operations team!

🎯 Your Mission:

Be the face of GuestReady on the ground and create smooth, memorable guest experiences by:

🚪 Welcoming guests and managing check-ins

🔑 Handling key pick-ups and deliveries

✅ Performing property quality checks

🤝 Coordinating with service providers

📦 Delivering essential items to properties

🛠️ Explaining appliances, heating, and property features

🔧 Troubleshooting minor issues when needed

💼 What We’re Looking For:

🌐 Fluent in English & Portuguese

😃 Friendly, professional, and customer-focused

🚗 Own transportation (car or motorbike required)

🔍 Detail-oriented with high quality standards

💻 Comfortable with digital tools (Slack & internal systems – training included)

⏰ Flexible schedule (check-ins can happen any day, between 11 AM and midnight)

🎓 Ideal For:
