About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Freelance Maintenance Technician to join our local team. You will be responsible for visiting properties to resolve maintenance issues and perform general upkeep, ensuring our accommodations meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Visit properties to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
Perform general maintenance tasks to keep properties in excellent condition.
Ensure all work is completed to a high-quality standard.
Requirements:
Dynamic and passionate about repairs and maintenance.
Proven experience and knowledge in the field.
Strong sense of responsibility and organization.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
Own transportation.
Must be registered as self-employed / auto-entrepreneur to issue monthly invoices.
Location: São Miguel, Açores
