About the Role
Ksisters Malaysia is looking for an energetic, confident Freelance Live Host. If you enjoy being on camera, engaging audiences, and talking about beauty, skincare, fashion, and lifestyle products, we'd love to hear from you. This is a fully work-from-home freelance role hosting livestreams for our portfolio of Korean beauty and lifestyle brands on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.
Responsibilities
- Host engaging livestream sessions across beauty, skincare, haircare, fashion, and lifestyle categories
- Introduce products confidently and demonstrate features and benefits
- Interact with viewers, answer questions, and drive conversion
- Prepare ahead of each session by mastering product knowledge and the campaign brief
- Follow the livestream calendar and campaign guidelines set by the team
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and friendly on-camera presence
Requirements
- Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
- Strong communication in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin an advantage)
- Genuine interest in beauty, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently from home
- Own smartphone, stable internet, tripod, and basic lighting setup
- Prior livestream hosting, content creation, retail, or sales experience is an advantage — confident fresh applicants are welcome
Benefits
- Freelance / work from home, flexible schedule based on the livestream calendar
- Typical session length: 2 hours, with sessions scheduled in advance
- Product samples, training, and campaign briefing provided before each livestream
Compensation
- Session-based fee plus performance incentive tied to livestream GMV
- Rates discussed at interview and confirmed in a freelance agreement before your first session (60-150RM/session + comission, depending on experience)
