Everlast Gyms is opening its newest HYROX Performance Centre in Dublin, and we're looking for elite freelance HYROX Coaches to be part of this landmark launch.

As an Everlast HYROX Coach in Dublin, you will play a key role in delivering world-class group training experiences that drive measurable outcomes and prepare members for race day, while helping us establish the HPC standard in the Irish market

The Opportunity Join the founding coaching team at Dublin's first and only HYROX Performance Centre. You will deliver high-quality HYROX classes within a structured, centrally governed programme, working as part of a team aligned to a unified HPC coaching philosophy.

This is not a traditional freelance role. This is a performance coaching environment with clear standards, accountability, and development pathways. As a founding coach, you'll be instrumental in shaping the culture, community, and member experience of the Dublin HPC.

• Deliver classes within the UK & Ireland's only HYROX Performance Centres

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, technically sound HYROX classes aligned to HPC standards
• Coach members across all levels, from entry-level to competitive athletes
• Apply clear coaching cues, movement standards, and performance intent
• Create an environment focused on effort, accountability, and progression
• Ensure all sessions follow the central HPC programming and periodisation model
• Deliver sessions in line with the HYROX class framework (POWER / ENGINE / FOUNDATIONAL / COMPLETE / SIM)
• Proactively engage members and contribute to community and retention during the critical launch phase
• Maintain a professional, high-energy coaching presence at all times
• Attend required HPC training, education, and alignment sessions

Qualifications

Minimum Expectations

• Must hold HYROX Foundation or HYROX Level 1 qualification (minimum requirement)
• Must deliver under the Everlast HYROX Performance Centre coaching framework
• Must adhere to centrally programmed class structure and periodisation
• Must align with coaching standards set by the HPC leadership team
• Must demonstrate high levels of professionalism, reliability, and energy in delivery
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland
