Job Description

We are seeking fast, reliable, and creative designers to help us deliver high-quality visual assets for a variety of projects. This is a high-volume, project-based opportunity that's perfect for early-career designers looking to gain experience, receive feedback from expert creative directors, and earn based on their output.

You’ll work closely with a Creative Director who will provide project briefs and act as the client, guiding you through clear, video-recorded feedback (via Loom). You’ll iterate on designs quickly, apply feedback, and deliver polished assets—often completing multiple deliverables per hour.

This is a short-term role ideal for designers looking to build their portfolio, learn rapidly, and earn well through high productivity.

How It Works

• Receive Briefs: Creative Director writes a detailed brief for each deliverable.
• First Submission: You create and submit your first version based on the brief.
• Feedback: The Creative Director reviews your work and provides feedback.
• Iteration: You revise the deliverable according to the feedback and resubmit.
• Approval: Once approved, you move on to the next deliverable.

All communication, briefs, work in progress, and final deliverables are tracked transparently.

What We’re Looking For

• Good command of English for understanding briefs and feedback
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.)
• Ability to produce quality work quickly and accurately
• Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn
• Reliable internet and ability to communicate via Loom and email
• Portfolio or sample work required
