We’re looking for a Freelance Email Marketing Specialist (20 hours per week) to support our marketing team in building and optimizing email campaigns across multiple brands.
This role is ideal for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Build and update email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo
Support email content creation (design, layout, subject lines, preview text, CTAs, basic copy)
Contribute to customer journey development (welcome flows, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback/reactivation, etc.)
Assist with segmentation and campaign targeting
Support with Figma assets when needed
Potentially contribute to push notification campaigns in the future
Proven experience with Klaviyo and email marketing / CRM
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email creation
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Autonomous, reliable, and comfortable in a freelance setup
Fast execution mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Good communication skills, especially with marketing and design teams
Experience with tools like Figma, Canva, or AI tools is a plus
Fluent in Italian or German
