
Are you an experienced electrical design engineer looking for flexible, ad-hoc freelance work using industry-leading tools? If you’re skilled in wiring diagrams, harness layouts, and technical documentation—and want to contribute remotely with occasional on-site support if needed—this opportunity could be ideal.
YOUR MISSION
• Create and modify wiring diagrams and topologies using Mentor Graphics Capital Wiring Integrator, based on system descriptions.
• Develop and adjust harness design drawings for external suppliers using Capital Harness Designer Modular.
• Prepare and maintain electrical documentation in Microsoft Word based on finalized harness designs.
• If on-site:
- Support harness manufacturing/modification for test environments.
- Collect and discuss feedback from the testing department.
- Implement updates in design and documentation accordingly.
YOUR EXPERIENCE / TALENTS
• Professional experience in electrical design and wiring/harness development, preferably in aerospace or industrial environments.
• Expertise in Mentor Graphics Capital Wiring Integrator and Harness Designer Modular.
• Strong skills in producing precise technical documentation.
• Independent, detail-oriented work style with ability to deliver in a remote setup.
• Fluent in German and/or English.
