Que tenga la siguiente formación:
Profesional de las carreras de Psicología, Administración o afines.
Posea los siguientes conocimientos:
Gestión de procesos de reclutamiento y selección en campo.
Microsoft Office Intermedio.
Tenga la siguiente experiencia:
Experiencia de 1 año gestionando procesos masivos en el sector energía, gas o afines.
Para que cumpla las siguientes funciones:
Realizar publicaciones en fuentes de reclutamiento según la posición
Aplicar filtros de selección y coordinar evaluaciones de ingreso.
Alimentar y mantener actualizada la base de datos de postulantes.
