Location: Poland, Hungary or Czech Republic (Remote)

Contract Type: Freelance

FTE: Full-time or Part-time possible

Start: ASAP

Duration: Approximately 3-6 months

About the Role

We are seeking a Freelance Country & Site Activation Specialist with strong site feasibility experience to support a global biotech study across Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic. The primary focus will be site feasibility activities, with potential involvement in study start-up support, including EU CTR submission document collection, ICF adaptations, and essential document review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site feasibility assessments and investigator outreach in Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic
  • Evaluate site capabilities and suitability for study participation
  • Support EU CTR submission document collection and preparation
  • Coordinate the collection and review of essential site documents
  • Support country and site activation activities as required
  • Assist with ICF adaptations and local start-up requirements

Requirements

  • Experience in clinical research (CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environments)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site feasibility, country start-up, or study start-up activities
  • Previous experience supporting studies in Eastern Europe preferred
  • Experience with EU CTR submissions
  • Knowledge of study start-up and site activation processes
  • Strong organizational and tracking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and timelines simultaneously
  • Fluency in English; Polish, Hungarian, or Czech language skills are highly advantageous

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł105,900.00 - zł196,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
