Job Description

We are seeking fast, reliable, and creative Copywriters to help us deliver compelling written content for a variety of digital projects. This high-volume, project-based opportunity is perfect for early-career writers looking to build their portfolio, receive feedback from expert creative directors, and earn based on output.You’ll work closely with a Creative Director who will provide project briefs and act as the client, offering feedback on your work. You’ll create initial drafts, iterate based on feedback, and deliver polished copy—often completing multiple deliverables per hour.This is a short-term role ideal for writers who want to gain real-world experience, rapidly improve their skills, and earn well through productivity.

How It Works

• Receive Briefs: Creative Director writes a detailed brief for each copywriting deliverable.
• First Submission: You draft and submit copy (e.g., website content, ads, emails, product descriptions) based on the brief.
• Feedback: The Creative Director reviews your work and provides clear feedback.
• Iteration: You revise your work according to the feedback and resubmit.
• Approval: Once approved, you move on to the next deliverable.

All communication, briefs, work in progress, and final deliverables are tracked transparently.

Compensation

• $5 per accepted deliverable
• Most copywriters complete 10-15 deliverables per hour ($50–$75/hour possible for experienced, efficient writers)
• Earn based on your productivity and output

What You’ll Do

• Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for websites, emails, social media, ads, and more
• Follow creative briefs and brand guidelines closely
• Apply feedback quickly and accurately to improve drafts
• Ensure all content is grammatically correct and error-free
• Collaborate asynchronously using Loom and email

What We’re Looking For

• Good command of English for understanding briefs and feedback
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to produce quality work quickly and accurately
• Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn
• Reliable internet and ability to communicate via Loom and email
• Portfolio or sample writing required
