THE ROLE
We partner with one of the world's largest streaming companies, who is evaluating agency partners for ongoing artwork projects in Japan. We're compiling a showcase of conceptual art to present to them. The success of this showcase will determine a longer-term regional partnership between the client, Wordbank, and you.
We seek conceptual artists who are willing to share their work to be included in this showcase and presented to the client. If your work's selected, you'll become part of a dedicated conceptual art team working on ongoing projects, with potential for expanded partnerships including Regional Art Director roles.
REQUIREMENTS
Location: Japan
Specialization: Conceptual artwork design
Language: Japanese native speaker with a high level of English
Experience: 5+ years in graphic design
Agreement: Agree to Wordbank including your work in a deck shared directly with the client
CORE SKILLS
Strong key visual development
High-level craft and execution
Ability to carry concepts through to completion
Deep understanding of cultural nuances and design preference
PORTFOLIO
What We're Looking For:
Strong conceptual artwork (primary focus)
Local/regional case studies
Romance or romantic comedy genre work (preferred but not mandatory)
