This role is focused on bringing strong visual creativity into the world of performance marketing, combining aesthetic excellence with a results-driven mindset. You will be responsible for creating high-impact digital assets that support paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring that every creative not only looks strong but also performs effectively. Working closely with marketing and media teams, you will translate strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly oriented toward experimentation and optimization. You will also contribute to motion design elements and adapt assets across different formats and channels. This is an opportunity to shape creative output that directly influences campaign performance and brand perception.
In this role, you will develop and execute visual solutions for digital performance campaigns, ensuring alignment between creative direction and marketing strategy. You will collaborate closely with media and marketing teams to produce assets optimized for conversion and engagement while maintaining brand consistency across all outputs. You will also adapt creative materials across multiple formats and platforms, ensuring scalability and visual coherence in different campaign contexts. In addition, you will contribute to simple motion design pieces and continuously explore new visual trends to improve creative performance.
You should have solid experience as a Digital Designer or Art Director, ideally with exposure to performance-driven campaigns and digital advertising environments. Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects is expected, along with the ability to create functional motion design assets. You will need to translate briefs into effective visual solutions, combining strategic thinking with creative execution. A strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaigns and performance-focused work is essential, as well as good collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
