Cleafy is looking for a highly motivated professional to join our Customer Operations team as a Resident Fraud Technology Partner assigned to one of our most strategic Mexican clients in the banking sector.

You will act as the in-house expert on the Cleafy platform within the client’s fraud prevention team. Your goal is not only to support investigations and technical analysis, but also to demonstrate and clearly communicate the value of our platform through tangible outcomes and insights. You’ll collaborate daily with the head of the client’s fraud prevention team, and with Cleafy Operations and backend teams, becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring that Cleafy’s value is fully understood, visible, and appreciated across their organization.

This role also involves proactively identifying emerging needs, facilitating internal escalations, and helping Cleafy stay ahead of the curve with regard to customer requirements and potential business opportunities.

While primarily dedicated to this client, the role may also include working on Cleafy initiatives beyond the scope of the assigned client.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the resident Cleafy expert within the client’s fraud prevention team
• Investigate fraud events and extract valuable insights using the Cleafy platform
• Help demonstrate and showcase the value of the Cleafy platform through concrete use cases
• Maintain an ongoing and trusted relationship with the client’s fraud prevention lead
• Act as a bridge between the client and Cleafy, facilitating communication and collaboration
• Identify evolving client needs and usage patterns, and share them with Cleafy’s Customer Success, Sales and Product teams to shape the roadmap and future engagement
• Provide continuous support and guidance to the client’s fraud analysts and investigators
• Participate in incident response, enabling faster fraud detection and decision-making
• Be an ambassador of Cleafy’s innovation, ensuring the platform’s strengths are understood and visible across the client’s teams

Requirements

Must-have

• Strong background in fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or digital banking
• Hands-on analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills: able to demonstrate Cleafy's value through tangible outcomes and insights, and to anticipate emerging client needs and business opportunities
• Experience working with fraud prevention tools, platforms, or monitoring systems
• Ability to identify and clearly communicate value to both operational and leadership stakeholders
• Ability to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Business acumen and advisory mindset: able to understand the client's business and fraud risk priorities, and to act as a trusted advisor to fraud and security leadership
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong alignment with Cleafy’s internal teams
• Native or fluent Spanish and professional working proficiency in English

Nice-to-have

• Previous experience in banks, fintechs, or fraud/cybersecurity solution vendors
• Familiarity with Cleafy or with XDR and SOAR platforms
• Experience in customer success, fraud operations, technical consulting, or solution engineering
• Prior involvement in strategic client engagements or embedded roles
• Knowledge of the Mexican financial ecosystem (e.g. SPEI, CNBV regulatory context)
