Take ownership

As our Fraud Operations Analyst, you'll take on the cases automation can't settle on its own: reading the signals, protecting our user’s money, and helping our systems learn from every case you close.

• Become a detective in fraud prevention, using your in-depth investigation and problem-solving skills to protect our users from suspicious activity 🕵️‍♂️
• Bring empathy and effective communication into every interaction to provide the best support possible
• Investigate ambiguous fraud cases where the signals aren't clear-cut, weighing behavioral and contextual clues to tell a genuine user from a fraudster
• Choose whether to act, ask, or escalate: fast, accurate calls that protect user’s money
• Feed what you learn back into our fraud tooling, so automation catches more and fewer edge cases reach the queue over time

Requirements

• You have knowledge of fraud monitoring and prevention
• You have a close eye for detail: you notice the subtle behavioral and contextual clues
• You always think from the user’s perspective first, have empathy, and understand how to protect their interests
• You're comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter, and you can spot when an AI-based tool is being used against us
• We'd love it if you already have knowledge of KYC and PayOps
• You're an excellent communicator and speak English fluently
