Nayax Lithuania EMI is now looking for an experienced Fraud Officer (m/f/d) to strengthen its team,full-time.

As an AML/Fraud Officer you will own the Company’s Fraud Prevention and Transaction Monitoring frameworks. You will support the AML/CTF team and contribute to the Company’s compliance with AML/CTF regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Own and maintain the Fraud Prevention and Transaction Monitoring frameworks, including related policies, procedures, and rules, ensuring they remain aligned with practical processes and are reviewed regularly.
  • Contribute to the development of fraud prevention and transaction monitoring tools.
  • Annually assess the effectiveness of the fraud prevention and transaction monitoring processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for the MLRO and contribute to Management Board reporting.
  • Regularly prepare and deliver AML/CTF and fraud prevention training.
  • Participate in internal and external AML/CTF audits.
  • Work actively as a team member, supporting other colleagues, and recommend improvements based on daily observations.
  • Support the team in AML/CTF related operational matters, including real-time and retrospective transaction monitoring assessments and internal investigations into unusual or suspicious customer

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • University degree in Law, Economics, or Business administration or similar.
  • 3+ years of related working experience in financial sector or finance department of a law firm.
  • Experience in financial crime and fraud guidelines adopted by the Bank of Lithuania, AML area/KYC, and knowledge of national and EU financial services and AML/CTF regulations.
  • Practical experience conducting transaction monitoring case analysis.
  • Proactive, “can-do” attitude, organizational and analytical skills, team player, accuracy and strong problem-solving, interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, work under tight deadlines and with sensitive information.
  • Full professional proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages (knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage).
  • AML certification (e.g. CAMS, ICA), attendance of qualification courses would be an advantage.
