Your Everyday at Nexi

As a Fraud Monitoring Agent, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Kraków. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable working a flexible shift schedule, including afternoon and night shifts.

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will:

• Provide 24/7/365 comprehensive fraud monitoring services for CE clients across issuing and acquiring activities.
• Manage fraud prevention services and configure fraud monitoring rules, including setup, analysis and modification.
• Manage various fraud monitoring blacklists and whitelists.
• Monitor and analyse transactions and make fraud-related decisions.
• Cooperate with Banks, Partners and Local Authorities to resolve fraud-related cases and analyse emerging trends.
• Perform statistical analysis of registered fraud cases to identify current trends and establish new fraud prevention measures.
• Block and unblock cards suspected of fraudulent activity or involved in fraud attacks, including geo-blocking, and block suspicious terminals (POS and eCommerce).
• Identify various types of fraud attacks, including ATM and POS skimming, misuse of lost or stolen cards, counterfeit card fraud and MO/TO transaction fraud.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Person who is proactive and has initiative
• Communication skills
• English language - fluent (both verbal and written)
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) – advanced

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in card payment industry (issuing and acquiring) is an advantage
