We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of CIIOM Fraud Management- Business Performance

In this role you’ll:

  • Own oversight of IWPB fraud owned controls (including application fraud and money mule controls), ensuring threats are identified, assessed and actioned accurately and promptly in line with policy, regulatory and service standards.
  • Lead operational control execution and major incident response, providing SME guidance on complex cases/investigations, lead major incidents and ensure customer outcomes are evidence-based, proportionate and well documented.
  • Drive service quality and continuous improvement by monitoring SLAs, KRIs and MI, spotting trends/root causes and implementing control/process enhancements to reduce losses and improve customer experience.
  • Maintain strong governance and control discipline, supporting risk and controls activity, audit remediation, and producing clear, high-quality submissions for governance forums on key risks, issues and emerging trends.
  • Partner with Operations, Regional/UK Fraud, Product and Change teams to embed “fraud risk by design” into new initiatives, influencing stakeholders through data-led insight and constructive challenge.

To be successful in this role you’ll meet the following requirements:

  • Strong experience within Fraud/ Fraud Management & controls is essential
  • Operational execution & incident leadership
  • Governance, audit & risk management: Maintain strong control discipline, supporting risk and controls, audit remediation and producing clear, high-quality papers for governance forums on key risks, issues and emerging trends.
  • Proven Stakeholder management and influencing skills
