This is a hybrid role for a Fraud Management Specialist located in Greater Jakarta Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Fraud Management Specialist will be responsible for preventing fraud and chargebacks, conducting fraud investigations, and analyzing data to identify suspicious activities. Your Key

Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough investigations and provide case assistance until closure.
• Coordinate with police, labor unions, and other external stakeholders.
• Manage the recovery process for losses caused by fraud or incidents.
• Prepare detailed and timely investigation reports.

Qualifications:

• Fraud Prevention and Chargebacks experience
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify and mitigate fraud risks
• Experience in Fraud Investigations
• Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with teams
• Ability to work both independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Relevant experience in risk management or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Criminologist, Psychology or related field is preferred
